### Car Wash Booking Policy #### 1. **Booking Process** 1.1. **Appointment Scheduling** - Customers can book appointments via our website, mobile app, or by calling our customer service number. - All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. 1.2. **Confirmation of Booking** - A confirmation email or SMS will be sent upon successful booking. - Customers are required to verify their details in the confirmation message. Any discrepancies should be reported within 2 hours of booking. #### 2. **Payment Policy** 2.1. **Payment Methods** - We accept payments via credit/debit card, PayPal, and other digital payment methods as specified on our website. - Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the appointment. #### 3. **Cancellation Policy** 3.1. **No Cancellations** - Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. The payment made at the time of booking is non-refundable. 3.2. **Rescheduling Appointments** - Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the original appointment time. - Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a rescheduling fee of 30% of the original booking cost. #### 4. **Service Policy** 4.1. **Service Guarantee** - We strive to provide the highest quality car wash services. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of your appointment. 4.2. **Late Arrivals** - Customers arriving more than 15 minutes late for their appointment may be required to reschedule, subject to availability and rescheduling fees. 4.3. **No-Show Policy** - Customers who do not show up for their appointment and have not rescheduled will forfeit the full payment made at the time of booking. #### 5. **Customer Responsibilities** 5.1. **Preparation for Service** - Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings from their vehicle prior to the car wash. - We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle. 5.2. **Vehicle Condition** - Customers must ensure their vehicle is in a condition suitable for the car wash services booked. We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle is excessively dirty or damaged, with no refund issued. #### 6. **Vehicle Class and Resource Requirement Disclaimer** 6.1. **Vehicle Class Adjustment** - Should any vehicle class or preference of online selection not match the vehicle service type
