Conditions of entry to car wash

By entering into and remaining on our premises, you agree to pay all fees payable for your wash service and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

If you do not accept these conditions, please leave our premises immediately.

To ensure that your property is kept safe please remove all valuables from your vehicle prior to leaving it with one of our attendants.

In2wash Car Care will abide by its obligations pursuant to the Australian Consumer Law, and these terms and conditions should not be taken to limit those obligations.

Other than as provided for in the Australian Consumer Law, In2wash Car Care expressly disclaims liability for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever which is suffered or sustained in connection with your participation in or making available your vehicle for the provision of car wash services.

You indemnify members of In2wash Car Care against any liability, injury, loss or damage which may be suffered, incurred or sustained arising out of. Relating to, or in any way connected with, any act or omission (including negligence) by You, your vehicle or Your breach of these terms and conditions.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship products Australia wide using Australia Post Express Post. We may elect to charge a fee equivalent to or less than the cost of the Express post package.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. We will provide a tracking number once item(s) have been shipped. Please visit www.austpost.com.au to track your order.

Electronically delivered orders are sent via email and incur no shipping fee. In2wash Car Care Website takes no responsibility for electronic communications which are not delivered due to incorrect information or issues out of our control.

Customer Service Website Policy

In2wash Car Care is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-7 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund. Best effort to make contact will be made using the details supplied at the time of purchase.

Online Bookings

•          Online Bookings must be used at the site for which it was purchased.

•          The site reserves the right to charge extra for heavily soiled vehicles.

•          In2wash Car Care reserve the right not to offer a refund or alternate booking should the customer not keep the appointment

•          No additional discounts may be offered in conjunction with any Online booking discounts

REFUND POLICY

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds on gift cards, online booking appointments missed or e-Coupons.

When purchasing from In2wash Car Care your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard.
