Can I pause my membership if I'm going away? 

Yes, you can suspend your membership. Please ensure you notify us at least 14 days before your next billing date to process the suspension.

 

 I've updated my car's registration number. Can I update my membership details? 

Absolutely, you can change your vehicle registration details with us at any time.

 

 

Is the Unlimited Club membership month-to-month? 

Yes, our membership is month-to-month with no long-term contracts.

 

 How does billing work for the Unlimited Club? 

Your credit card will be charged monthly on the anniversary date of your purchase.

 

Does each vehicle require its own membership? 

Yes, each membership is linked to a single vehicle.

 

How often can I wash my vehicle in a month? 

You're welcome to wash your vehicle as often as you like, with a limit of once per day. Please note, In2wash reserves the right to modify or terminate the program with adequate notice.

 

How do I cancel my membership? 

You can cancel your membership at any time through your account area.

 

Unlimited Wash Club Membership: Allows for unlimited washes for each registered vehicle per month, with a limit of one wash per day.

Automatic Renewal: Memberships are automatically renewed monthly from the start date.

Payment Issues: Membership will be automatically deactivated if payment cannot be processed.

Notification Requirements: Members must inform In2wash of any changes to vehicle registration, payment details, or contact information.

Refunds: No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the plan upon early cancellation.

Operational Changes: In2wash reserves the right to adjust business hours or close stores at its discretion.

Program Changes: In2wash may modify or cancel the membership program at any time.

Discounts: The Unlimited Wash Club cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
